English Language Arts (ELA)
Our library of ELA courses includes comprehensive grade 5-11 instruction for middle and high school:
- 5th Grade English Language Arts
- 6th Grade English Language Arts
- 7th Grade English Language Arts
- 8th Grade English Language Arts
- 9th Grade English Language Arts
- 10th Grade English Language Arts
- 11th Grade English Language Arts
Each English course is aligned both to Common Core standards and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. When compared to traditional textbooks, our e-learning courses are like having multiple books:
- Writing handbook
- Reading manual
- Anthology
- Classic novels
The best way to improve a student’s reading skills is simply more experience with reading. Therefore, our courses walk students through more than 100 passages and ask comprehension questions in topics like main idea, supporting idea, vocabulary, author intent, organization, tone, style, and figurative language. The type of material each course includes ranges from creative non-fiction to classic novels like Oliver Twist in our 8th grade course to The Great Gatsby in our 11th grade course.

Our library of math courses includes comprehensive grade 5-11 instruction for middle and high school:
Every math course is aligned both to Common Core standards and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. Courses are divided into four sections designed to mirror academic quarters. Math courses include both instructional lessons and assessment questions. Watch a sample below:
